How does the picker decide which ball drops?
We pick the winning index up front with the Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues), then animate that ball out. The bounce is theatre; the math is fair.
Does it look the same with reduced motion?
No, and that's intentional. When your OS reports prefers-reduced-motion, the balls render statically and the winner simply appears without animation.
Is anything I enter sent online?
No. The draw happens entirely in your browser and nothing about your entries is uploaded to a server.
