Terms of Use

Short version: Use the randomizers for anything you like. They run in your browser, they're free, and we can't promise the picks are right for any specific decision — they're just random.

What you can do

Redmoon Randomizers is a free, browser-based set of tools. You can use them for personal, classroom, workplace, or commercial purposes — raffles, drawings, lesson plans, livestreams, anything reasonable. No login or licence is required. We ask that you don't try to abuse the site (scraping at scale, attempting to break security headers, automated denial-of-service) so it stays fast and free for everyone else.

No warranty

The randomizers are provided as-is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The math is fair (cryptographically random, with unbiased sampling), but we can't guarantee that any specific draw is appropriate for your legal, regulatory, or contractual context. If you're running a sweepstakes, contest, or anything with money on the line, you are responsible for confirming the rules in your jurisdiction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Redmoon Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including any decision made on the basis of a random pick.

Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and Google Fonts for typography. Their respective privacy policies apply to data their services collect (which, in practice, is just routing-level metadata; see the Privacy page for detail).

Changes

These terms may change as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent material change. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
