Redmoon Randomizers is built and maintained by Redmoon Software, a small studio in Wellington, New Zealand. There is a real person at the other end of this page, and we read everything that arrives.
The most reliable way to reach us is email: feedback@redmoonsoftware.com. It goes straight to the people who work on the site. Use it for anything — including privacy and data requests, which we answer within 30 days.

If you would rather not open your mail client, the feedback button in the corner of every page opens a short form that lands in the same inbox. Leaving a return address is optional; without one we can read your note but cannot reply to it.
What is especially useful to send
- A tool behaving wrongly. Tell us which tool, what you put in, what came out, and what you expected. Your browser and device help, but the inputs matter most.
- An inaccuracy in the writing. If a tool page or article describes something the tool does not actually do, we want to fix it — say which page and which sentence.
- A tool that is missing. Describe the situation you are trying to randomise rather than the interface you imagine; the useful part is the problem.
- Accessibility problems. Anything that does not work with a keyboard, a screen reader, or reduced motion is treated as a bug, not a nice-to-have.
- Translation help. If you would like to see the site in your language and can check a draft, please say so.
Response time
We are a small team, so a reply usually takes a few days and can take longer over weekends and holidays. Privacy and data-protection requests are answered within 30 days. Bug reports that break a tool outright get looked at first.
